Booking & Deposits

All bookings must be confirmed within seven days by sending a 25% deposit of the total cost of the holiday.

The balance of the booking must be received 4 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.

Where bookings are made less than 4 weeks of the holiday start date the full booking cost should be paid within seven days of the booking.

Cancellations

Cancellation notification of more than 4 weeks prior to the start of the holiday
If you notify us of the cancellation more than 4 weeks prior to your holiday start date only the non refundable deposit will be retained. Any other monies will be returned to you.

Cancellation notification of less than 4 weeeks prior to the start of the holiday
If notification of cancellation is received less than 4 weeks prior to the holiday start date and we are unable to re-let the property for the same period, the rental will be payable by you in full. Where the cottage is re-let for the same period the non refundable deposit will be retained and and any other monies paid will be returned to you.

We strongly recommed that you consider taking out a holiday cancellation policy.

Arrivals & Departures

Your cottage will be available to you from 4pm on the day of your arrival and we ask that you vacate the bungalow by 10am on the day of departure.

Lettings run from Saturday to Saturday

Pets

Well behaved pets are welcome FREE of charge. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms so please bring your own dog beds with you. Pets must not be left unattended in the main accommodation however dogs may be left in the utility room should you go out for the day.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in the main accommodation but you may smoke in the utility area or outside the property.
